PROPORTIONAL CONTROLLER

 

AIM: To design analog proportional controller for different gain values.

 

EQUIPMENTS AND COMPONENTS:

Op-amp, resistors, connecting wires, CRO, power supply etc

 

THEORY:

In this experiment the proportional controller is the upgraded version of the ON-OFF controller. It is a linear feedback controller system, which is applied to the controlled variable which is proportional to the difference of the set point and the measured value or process value the output is the multiplication of the error signal and the proportional gain and the controller output at two error.
