CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION Basavanna and Martin Luther are a greatest socio-religious reformer. Though they are belongs to different place, space, time, culture, language, and religion. In the context of Scio-religious reformation, they stand for, very similar. Their ideas, views, concerns, and sympathy towards society is very similar. This dissertation focuses on revolutionary step taken by these two great philosophic personalities. It’s also focuses the contemporary society of Basavanna and Martin Luther. How a revolutionary movements help to eradicate the existence immoral activities in society and similarity between reformation.
