TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEMS
1. System will not start (Not display)
Solution:
  1. Check the SMPS fan is it rotating or not if not rotating repair/change the SMPS.
  2. If SMPS fan is rotating remove the CMPS jumper and place into clear mode then start the system after showing any display then again Turn Off the computer, connect the jumper in normal mode, by this clear the CMOS jam or password recovers and also the S/w to company setting


Problem
2. If system will not start without intimation
Solution:
The system will restart because of virus activity, to solve this problem we should use latest or updated anti virus software.

3. If system suddenly restart it may be hardware problem for this check the RAM or PROCESSOR FAN.

Error Indication
It means RAM not connected or not connected properly or RAM not working
One long beep  3 short beep. This indicates display card is not connected or not connected properly or display card is not working.

Disk Boot Failure
Check the hard disk cable (power cable or data cable) or system files may be corrupted for this problem we have to reinstall the o/s

CMOS Check Some Error
Replace the old battery which on the mother board to run the date and time continuously.
