NANO BIOSENSORS - ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
The
nanobiosensor technology, an integral part of bioelectronics is revolutionizing
the health care industry, forensic medicine, home land, industry food and drink
industries, environmental protection, genome analysis of organisms and
communications. Through this paper we will discuss in detail of functions of
nano biosensors incorporating nano structure as a sensing probes. FET based
electrical biosensor are mainly using, these type of sensors are using whose
dimension is very small don’t exceeds one hundred nanometers. In these
tunneling FET based, foundations for a new generation of ultra-sensitive
biosensor. Biosensing electronic blocks such as biosensing, signal conversion
and signal processing, and biosensing mechanism. A critical account on
biological probe design, probe preparation and interfacing with signal
transducer element of the biosensor will be given. Various transducer elements
and biosensing methods will be enumerated. Finally this concludes with future
trends in nanobiosensor technologies and brief summary.
